Place of Strength opens doors for Kyiv teenagers
The foundation's own research "Teenagers and their life during the war" showed that only quarter teenagers consider themselves to be their own point of support, and 83% want to learn more about how they can support themselves in difficult times. In addition, 42% respondents said that they lack space for informal communication with peers.

The location contains a lecture and training space, an art zone "Creativity is an antidote to stress", a therapy room "Adults are not allowed to enter" and a room of trust - 4 unique spaces where teenagers can learn more about themselves, sincerely share their emotions and pump up their life skills to counter the challenges of today .
You can learn more about each of the spaces and register for classes by link.
"It is important for us that the Place of Strength becomes a safe, creative, and most importantly, a comfortable space for teenagers. This project was made possible thanks to the powerful work of the team and the support of partners. However, now we have a challenge — to ensure the high-quality functioning of the space for 75,000 children per year. Become an ambassador of the Place of Strength by making a monthly charitable contribution, which we convert into effective support." - comments Maria Todorchuk, the founder and head of the Dobrodiyiv Club, the ideological inspiration of "Place of Strength".

"This is a space where you can share your emotions and stories. It's hard for me to talk about stories from the war, it was very important for me to open up to others. I am ready to come here at least every day." - 14-year-old Anya shared her first impressions.
"I participated in other projects of the Dobrodiyev Club, and when I heard about the opening of the space, I specially came from Kharkiv for a day. This is a space where you immediately feel comfort and peace", - says 17-year-old Masha.
"Place of Power" will work 7 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
