That's right - each of them goes through their own trials, searches for themselves and learns to control their superpowers! And if superheroes have their own secret base, then Kyiv teenagers have a special place where you can find your power and learn to use it.
Already January 19 the fifth stream starts therapeutic courses "About the painful" – your unique space where you can share your thoughts and experiences and get support and understanding from professional psychologists! Here, every teenager finds their superpower: someone learns to overcome fears, someone learns to build strong friendships, and someone learns to just be themselves. And you know what? You could be the next one🌟
12 weeks that will change your life ✨
Imagine a place where you can be your true self. There is no judgment or criticism – only support, understanding and a safe space for your emotions. Every week we meet in our “secret base” – a cozy room “Adults are not allowed”, where together with professional psychologists and other teenagers you will explore your inner world.
At our meetings, we talk about everything that is important to you: relationships with friends and parents, anxieties and fears, dreams and goals. During therapy courses, you:
- You will get real tools for dealing with stress.
- You will learn to understand yourself and your needs.
- You will find ways to build healthy relationships.
- You will discover your strengths.
- You will understand how to turn dreams into reality.

How are the meetings going? 🎪
Forget about boring lectures! Our meetings are heartfelt conversations in a cozy room on soft poufs, creative exercises and games for self-discovery, practical techniques for working with emotions, support from professional psychologists and new friends who understand you. For your comfort, we have divided therapeutic groups by age: 10-12 years, 13-14 years and 15-17 years. This way you can communicate with peers who are going through similar experiences and better understand your problems 🫂
