September — a month of learning and discovery! At the Place of Power, September turned into a time when teenagers learned not only from textbooks but also through play, creativity, and conversations with inspiring guest experts. Let’s look back at who empowered our space this month 👇
🧶 Art Therapy Workshop “Weaving Bracelets” with Knit Wear
It turned out that knitting is a wonderful way to relax and unwind. During the session with Knit Wear, teens created handmade bracelets, shared stories, and discovered that creativity can be one of the best ways to restore inner balance. They chose colors, learned how to weave, helped one another, and gradually watched how simple threads turned into beautiful, meaningful bracelets.
🧴 Workshop “Self-Care During Teenage Years” with Dr. Kristina Kochet
During the meeting with dermatologist and cosmetologist Kristina Kochet, participants learned:
- how the body changes during adolescence and how to embrace these changes;
- how to properly care for their skin and choose safe products;
- why not to trust “miracle advice” from social media;
- and that true beauty starts with hygiene, healthy sleep, and self-love.
The session became a reminder that real beauty begins with care, respect, and acceptance of your body just the way it is.
💸 CashFlow Game with Yuliia Moroz
The highlight of the month was the financial board game by Robert Kiyosaki — CashFlowTogether with Yuliia Moroz, teenagers learned how to manage money, make decisions, take risks, and see the consequences of their choices. It was dynamic, loud, and fun!
The game showed that finance isn’t just about numbers — it’s about mindset, strategy, and the ability to act. Everyone had a chance to play the role of an investor, make mistakes without fear, and understand how money works — in a safe, engaging way.
