Tired of being asked to do something all the time? Looking for a place where you can just relax and unwind? Then we've got you covered!
At the "Look and Draw" class, you can just be yourself, not strain yourself and turn off your brain. This is an hour of silence and creativity, after which your soul will feel a little warmer. We will be inspired by beautiful videos and make sketches based on the exercises of an experienced art therapist. There are no grades or criticism here - only your personal space and peace 🌟
Over the course of three classes, you will learn effective self-support methods, be able to restore inner balance and reduce anxiety levels, and feel that you are not alone 🫂
