Do you feel tension in your body? Do you want to learn how to feel better? 💃 We invite you to dance and movement therapy, where you will learn to be aware of the limits of your body, express emotions through movement, and relieve tension and stress.
You will discover new ways of nonverbal communication, develop trust in yourself and others, improve your concentration, and learn to set healthy personal boundaries.
No special skills are required to participate - just your desire to learn about yourself!
