In a safe space, together with other teenagers and a professional psychologist, we will discuss the causes of shame, analyze typical situations that cause embarrassment, and look for ways to develop self-confidence.
You will be able to:

✅ Get professional advice from a psychologist
✅ Find practical ways to build healthy relationships with yourself and those around you
