Communication Game “My Personal Boundaries”

Can you stand up for your boundaries? Is it easy for you to say no — or to ask for what you need? 🎲 In this interactive game, we’ll play out real-life situations where misunderstandings often happen — and you’ll gain valuable experience in resolving them in a friendly, supportive atmosphere.
Under the guidance of an experienced psychologist, you will learn:
🔹Recognize what is comfortable for you and what is not
🔹Clearly express your desires and say no when necessary
🔹Find new creative strategies for communicating with others
🔹Respect both your space and the space of other people
