Do you want to meet people who truly understand you? Are you looking for a place where you can openly talk about your experiences and share what's on your mind? 💭
We invite you to a therapeutic course, where you can communicate with peers who are going through similar experiences. In a safe space, together with an experienced psychologist, we will draw, create, play interesting games and communicate in a safe atmosphere. During 12 classes, you will learn to better understand yourself and your emotions, receive useful tools for working with stress and discover new strengths in yourself!
And most importantly, everyone here will be able to talk about their thoughts and feelings as much as they are ready. And only you can decide what you want to share 🤝
