How to end the year brightly and usefully? The Place of Power knows the answer! December turned out to be rich and bright, it gave our visitors a sea of inspiration and new opportunities. Experienced communicator Natalia Kuzma, teachers from Green Forest, talented actors Maksym Devizorov and Oleksandr Rudynskyi, as well as the unsurpassed Olya Tsybulska - helped teenagers to reveal their potential and believe in their own strength. The art of persuasion 🎯
December at the Place of Power began with an exciting master class Natalia Kuzma about the art of negotiation. Have you ever wondered why some people easily achieve their goals in communication, while others constantly run into a wall of misunderstanding? The secret lies in effective communication skills - a real superpower of the modern world!
Imagine that you can turn any conflict into an opportunity, find common ground even with the strictest teacher, and confidently defend your interests. This is exactly what the teenagers learned at the master class! Through practical exercises and real-life cases, they mastered techniques that work everywhere: from school presentations to difficult conversations with parents.
After the class, our participants:
- Mastered the art of persuasive argumentation
- We learned how to turn conflicts into productive dialogue
- Mastered active listening techniques
- Learned to manage the conversation and your emotions
- Gained confidence in difficult negotiations

English without barriers 🌎
Together with Green Forest English School We held the long-awaited Speaking Club, where teenagers not only practiced English, but also developed their soft skills through games and interactive tasks. In a friendly atmosphere, participants overcame the language barrier and discovered that speaking English is actually fun and easy!
After the class, the teenagers began to freely express their thoughts in English, stopped being afraid of making mistakes, and received advice on preparing for the NMT. And most importantly, they realized that fluent English opens the door to limitless opportunities for self-development in the modern world.
Secrets of the big stage 🎭
December gave our visitors a unique opportunity to look behind the scenes of the acting profession together with two stars of Ukrainian cinema and theater!
Who said that acting skills are only needed on stage? At a master class with Maxim Devizorov Teenagers mastered the secrets of charismatic performance, learned how to "hold" the audience's attention, and understood that acting skills are useful in any profession!
But here is the meeting with Oleksandr Rudynskyi, the star of the TV series "Kriposna" and "Catch Kaidash", turned into a real journey into the world of big cinema. The actor shared vivid stories from the set, revealed the secrets of preparing for difficult roles, and told how to actually get into the world of cinema and theater.
Teenagers learned:
- How are castings and auditions conducted?
- What is more important – talent or hard work?
- How the most emotional scenes are created
- What is the difference between acting in theater and filming in a movie?
- What qualities are needed for a successful acting career?
Star meeting with Olea Tsybulska🎤
All December, our teenagers were eagerly awaiting a special event – a meeting with a star of the Ukrainian stage. Oleya Tsybulska. And this meeting exceeded all expectations, because two hours flew by in an instant! The singer talked about her path to success, shared funny stories from show business and inspired teenagers to never give up. The participants learned about the importance of remaining yourself and the ability to turn any failures into new opportunities.
The highlight of the meeting was an impromptu mini-concert, the atmosphere of the event was so warm and driving that even after the official part ended, no one wanted to leave - everyone exchanged impressions, took selfies, and hugged.
