Secrets of the stage from Vova Shumka 🎬
We started this month with an inspiring meeting with Vova Shumko – TV presenter, improviser, screenwriter and actor of the legendary Black Square theater. Teenagers had a unique opportunity to hear about Vova’s creative path firsthand! During a candid conversation, the participants:
- We discovered the secrets of working in the media and theater.
- We tried the basics of improvisation under the guidance of a professional.
- We received practical advice on developing our acting skills.
- We asked our questions and received honest answers from the star.
Financial literacy with Tatyana Zapadnyuk 💸
How to avoid spending all your pocket money in one day and save up for your dream gadget? The participants received answers to these and other questions at a lecture on the basics of financial literacy, which was held for us by Tetyana Zapadnyuk.
The teenagers learned to perceive money as a tool, not a goal, learned the basic principles of smart spending and investing, and took the first steps towards financial independence. Tetyana shared practical tips on how to earn money today, even as a teenager.
The Secret Life of a Classic with Anastasia Piskova 📖
Who said classic literature is boring? Book blogger Anastasia Piskova completely changed our teenagers' perception of Ukrainian classics! At a lecture dedicated to Valerian Pidmohylny, she showed the writer not as a "portrait from a school textbook," but as a living person with his own dreams, hobbies, and experiences.
The class opened up unknown pages of the brilliant writer's biography to the participants: what he ate for breakfast, who he loved, and what inspired him to create. After this lecture, many participants expressed a desire to reread Pidmohylny's works to see them from a different perspective!
The art of being yourself with Lyubov Kravchenko 🌟
An acting course from a professional theater and film actress was a real discovery for many teenagers. Lyubov Kravchenko. Through games, exercises, and improvisation, course participants discovered new ways of expressing themselves and overcame their fear of public speaking. They not only learned acting, but also gained invaluable communication and self-presentation skills that will be useful in all areas of life. In the classes, teenagers:
- We explored our own emotions through creative exercises.
- We learned to feel confident in front of an audience.
- They mastered the basics of public speaking.
- We developed imagination and creativity through improvisation.
- They created their own sketches, revealing their potential.
The culmination of the course was a performance where participants could present their own sketches to their parents and friends!
