NGO "Girls" invites: trainings on gender and borders

Have you ever wondered, "Why doesn't anyone talk about this?" Sometimes growing up is like a quest without clues, but now you have them!
NGO "Girls" invites you to two trainings — without boring theory, with respect for you, your questions and experience. You will find honest conversation, support and knowledge that you really need. Choose the topic that is closer to you — or register for both events😉
💜 Training "Gender Stereotypes"
In social networks and in real life, there are a lot of stereotypes about what we are like. we should be. But… Who do you want to be? Have you ever felt like you don't fit into the "norm" and don't understand why anyone cares? This training is designed to help you figure out who you are, what's okay for you, and what's imposed from the outside. In this training, we'll talk about:
- What is the difference between sex, gender and sexuality (spoiler: they are not the same thing!);
- Why growing up is not just about hormones, but also about understanding yourself;
- How to build healthy, mindful relationships without toxicity;
- What are personal boundaries and why are they not “fads”?
- How to respect yourself, others, and learn to talk about difficult things.
- Differences between biological sex, gender identity, and sexuality

🛡 Training "Building Personal Boundaries"
Have you ever had to agree to something you didn't really want to do? Or felt guilty for saying no? Personal boundaries are your inner shield, which saves energy, self-esteem and time. This training is specifically for learning to understand your boundaries and protect them! In the class we will talk about:
- How to recognize healthy and toxic relationships (spoiler: toxicity is not always obvious!);
- Why saying “no” is not selfish, but self-care;
- How to set boundaries without offending others;
- What to do when your boundaries are violated — and how not to feel guilty;
