How the first aid training from Respawn school went

On May 3, a training on providing first aid from the team Respawn school. 16 teenagers got together, that to learn not to be afraid in complex moments, not to get confused then, When around all waiting help, — and vice versa, take responsibility and act.
All we accustomed think, What to provide the first help — it case doctors or doctors in fast. And truth in ago, What exactly first minutes after critical situations decide, or will receive man chance on recovery. IN these minutes ambulance yet no, butle near you can be you!
Why are such trainings important?
Teenagers often witness or participate in unexpected situations: someone faints at school, there is an incident at training or during a walk in the city. In such moments, the main thing is not to get confused, not to panic, but on the contrary, to pull yourself together and help. But how?
This is the question that the participants of the training came with. And most importantly, the participants learned to trust themselves in moments of crisis. They saw that fear is normal, but it should not hinder action. Because action is a chance. and chance is life.
What did the participants learn?
The teenagers learned to recognize when a person needs immediate help, when they can and should act independently, and when it is worth calling adults or an ambulance. They learned to react quickly, accurately, and with balance, practicing on training dummies. During the training, the participants learned:
- assess the victim's condition;
- determined the algorithm of actions in case of loss of consciousness;
- learned how to perform basic resuscitation;
- stop bleeding with improvised means.
