Art therapy classes
Art therapy in the Place of Power is open to teenagers the world of self-expression through creativity. Classes help to relax, restore inner balance, and overcome anxiety and fears. Art zone Places of Power offers teenagers a wide range of exciting activities. Here, teenagers master the intricacies of sculpting, creating unique figurines that become wonderful home decor. Drawing allows them to express their emotions on canvas or paper, experimenting with different techniques and styles. Craftsmanship workshops are especially popular among young people slimes and wool felting.

Interactive theater in the City of Power is an exciting one-and-a-half-hour adventure where teenagers become not just spectators, but real creators. This is a unique format that allows young people to immerse themselves in the world of theatrical art, trying on the roles of actors, directors and screenwriters. Classes help teenagers overcome the fear of public speaking, pincrease self-confidence and develop communication skills. Participants learn to work in a team, listen to each other and find compromises - skills they will need in real life. In addition, this program stimulates creativity and imagination, during which teenagers learn to think outside the box and improvise.
All classes are implemented within the framework of the grant project "A place of strength and support for children affected by war", within the framework of the implementation of the "Able and Strong" program, implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation with the support of which we organized offline events in "A place of strength and support for children" through 6 new formats, specially developed by the Dobrodiy Club with the aim of strengthening Ukrainian teenagers affected by the war.
