We train mindfulness on the “Just be” course

On July 2, a new mindfulness course for teenagers — Just be — will start at the Place of Power. In a world where you constantly need to “catch up”, “achieve” and “hold on”, we suggest you exhale 🫶🏻

What makes him special?
Just be is a course created specifically for teenagers, with an understanding of what it's like to live in a world that is constantly changing, to rebuild ourselves, to feel anxiety and not know what tomorrow will bring. In classes, we explore our emotions, observe and learn to be with ourselves in different states: both when it's calm and when it's stormy.
We talk about the body, about gratitude, attention to the world and about the support within - the one that does not depend on likes, ratings or other people's opinions. The course will help you stop, notice your thoughts, emotions and body signals. It's like press pausewhen everything around is in fast forward.
How are the classes going?
During 6 classes, together with a psychologist and peers, we will:
🔹 Do mindfulness practices — learn to notice details that usually slip by, and be truly present in the moment;
🔹 Explore your inner world — emotions, thoughts, body signals to better understand and accept yourself;
🔹 Try gratitude techniques — to see not only what is difficult, but also what supports and gives strength;
🔹 Learn to trust yourself — even when it's noisy outside, it can be quiet inside.
🔹 Work in a safe space — without evaluations and pressure, in an atmosphere of support and mutual respect.
