Wow, we have something to share\ud83c\udf1f In May, the space is a Place of Power visited 1039 times \u2014 <\/strong>it's more than a thousand sincere conversations, new acquaintances and moments when someone finally felt: "I'm not alone." During this month we spent 99 events<\/strong> and each one became a small point of support for someone who needed attention, understanding, or just a safe space to breathe.<\/p>\n

What cool things happened to us? \ud83d\ude0e<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We started the month with a visit to exhibition "Third Breath"<\/strong>, which was dedicated to human feelings and emotions. In May we held first aid training<\/strong> from the Respawn school team, where teenagers learned to act confidently in difficult situations and save lives. Also this month, there was a meeting with a roboticist By Ole Zota<\/strong>, which helped to understand how works are created and what it means to choose a profession of the future. We also held acting classes from the theater director Gio Pachkoria<\/strong>It was a great opportunity to get out of my comfort zone, work with my voice, body, and emotions, and most importantly, learn to trust myself and my partner on stage.<\/p>\n

Also in May, we launched a new format \u2014 classes with dance and movement therapy<\/strong>. Here, teenagers explored their inner feelings through movement, worked with body blocks, and learned to hear themselves better. There were also deeper conversations: on Lectures "Youth in the Vortex of Ukrainian History of the 20th Century"<\/strong> we talked about the difficult past, compared the experiences of generations and looked for support in our own identity. In addition, storytelling course<\/strong> with psychologist Svitlana, where participants learn to tell their stories honestly and interestingly \u2014 and discover themselves in the process.<\/p>\n
