March was full of exciting events in space. This month, classes were held in the City of Power Interactive theater<\/strong> with professional actors. Teenagers had a unique opportunity to learn acting skills, as well as adapt their own script and create scenery. We spent English Speaking Club with a native speaker<\/strong>, John, who is also a driver of the London Underground. The children improved their English by comparing the culture and traditions of England and Ukraine. Ours were also popular weekly movie clubs and board games<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We announced a new one recruitment to therapeutic courses in the Place of Power<\/a><\/span>,<\/strong> which will start already at the beginning of April. Each course lasts 12 sessions, which are held once a week in the therapy room "Adults not allowed". This is a place where you can spend time with your peers and a psychologist.<\/p>\n

And finally, we want to share feedback:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udcad "One girl did not cry with anyone for many years. She felt that she was ready and wanted to cry for the first time in the Place of Power with the words "I have never felt such powerful support"<\/em> - says space psychologist Olya.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udcad \u201cA girl in my group shared that she was very afraid to meet others. After we staged a theater of spontaneity, where we learned to take the first steps, she invited a girl with whom we became friends for a walk!"<\/em><\/p>\n

\ud83d\udcad "You know, we come to you here like on a date, we get to know each other through various events, thank you"<\/em> \u2014 17-year-old boy and girl.<\/p>\n

All these incredible events, acquaintances, hugs and really high-quality leisure time for teenagers for three months in a row are possible thanks to the support of good people! Thanks to the volunteers who held about 90% of all the workshops in March.
