When 13-year-old Fedir Kolisnyk first crossed the threshold of the Place of Power last winter, he had no idea how much this space would change his life. Today, for the seventh-grader, this place has become a second home, where he finds support, inspiration, and new opportunities for development.<\/span><\/p>\n

In his free time from studies, the boy enjoys drawing and swimming. <\/span>"I go to the gym, I really like drawing, and I also do backstroke swimming."<\/b>, \u2013 he talks about his hobbies.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition, Fedir is a true anime connoisseur. <\/span>"In the anime club we once watched "I Want to Eat Your Pancreas" and I really liked it. Now I can confidently call it my favorite and, by the way, it's about love"<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The boy learned about the Place of Power from his mother. <\/span>"When I first got here, I immediately felt a special atmosphere. It's so comfortable here, so many nice people and volunteers! During this time, I made many new friends. The best thing about this place is that there are no toxic people here."<\/b>, \u2013 he explains.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fedor remembers his first day at the Place of Power down to the smallest details. <\/span>"And the first day? Oh, that was something! I attended an inspiring meeting with KILIMMEN from the band KALUSH, I've been dreaming about this for a long time"<\/b>, \u2013 the teenager shares his memories.<\/span><\/p>\n

When asked which star guest he would like to see in space, the guy gives an unexpected answer. <\/span>"This is probably a very unpopular answer, but I would like Ruslana, the winner of Eurovision 2004, to visit us. I went to her concert this summer - it was incredible! I like her songs, so I would really like to meet her in space."<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

Classes at the Place of Power became an important part of his life. <\/span>"I usually go to the space 2-3 times a week. We have a chat with friends where we agree on who will go to which activities. You can often hear the phrase "if you go, then I will go too"<\/b>. <\/span>In general, the Place of Power is one big company.\u201d<\/b>, \u2013 he adds with a smile.<\/span><\/p>\n

Among the various activities in the space, the guy likes discussion clubs the most. <\/span>"I like to attend classes with a psychologist, where we discuss relationships with parents and personal life. They are often led by psychologists Zhenya and Olya - they are very cool"<\/b>, \u2013 says the guy.<\/span><\/p>\n

He notes the positive impact of the classes: <\/span>"It has become easier for me to share my experiences. I really want to take therapy courses, but I haven't had time to sign up yet - my peers are immediately taking up places."<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

The summer camp in space made the biggest impression on Fedor. <\/span>\u201cI always dreamed of spending whole days in the Place of Power, from morning to night, with my friends. And since I had been studying acting for a year, the camp was a special experience for me \u2013 I was given the leading role of the Hatter. By the way, the space still keeps the hat from my costume, which we made in preparation for the performance.\u201d<\/b>, \u2013 the teenager shares his memories.<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to workshops and classes with a psychologist, the guy is taking confident steps towards his future profession. <\/span>"I took an IT course at the Place of Power - it was a very useful experience, because in the future I want to do 3D graphics and create models for video games"<\/b>He is currently raising funds for a powerful laptop to start practicing this.<\/span><\/p>\n

For Fedor, the Place of Power is associated with three words: support, creativity, and relaxation. Indeed, this space has become much more than just a place to spend free time - it is a real community of like-minded people, where everyone can find themselves and their path to development.<\/span><\/p>\n

"Since I started coming here, I have become more open, I have gotten rid of my problems, and it has become easier for me to live. Here I left behind many of my experiences, finally found moral support. The space has literally become a place of my own strength for me."<\/b>, \u2013 the guy shares.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fedir has an important message for those hesitant to visit the space. <\/span>"There are no toxic people here, everyone is welcomed with an open heart. The main thing is to take the first step and come!"<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
