War-life balance<\/strong> "How to support yourself in today's reality" \u2013<\/b> This is a useful workshop with professional psychologists. During the session, teenagers perform practical exercises to overcome stress and anxiety. Young people learn to accept their own emotions and consider effective self-support tools. This helps them maintain psychological balance in any life situations. Teenagers learn how to support themselves in modern reality, which is often unpredictable and challenging.<\/span><\/p>\n

The most interesting part of the workshop is meeting with a guest star who shares with teenagers his own knowledge and experience on how to survive challenges and difficult times, maintaining optimism and productivity. Last week, a popular presenter, actor, and talented screenwriter, Yevhen Yanovich, visited our space.<\/span><\/p>\n

The star guest answered almost all of the questions of the inquisitive teenagers. The teenagers were most interested in how to become more confident, to which the host replied:<\/span><\/p>\n

"Honestly, I know very few people who don't have problems with self-esteem. Even I, at the age of 32, suffer from it. I always ask myself the question: "Am I okay?", "Did I succeed?". I read ten comments, nine of which will be positive, and one negative, and I focus on it. And that's what I struggle with,<\/em> \u2013 shares Yevhen. \u2013<\/strong> Remember, Instagram is not real life. People usually try to appear better than they really are!<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

Our visitors were also interested in the issues of career guidance and choosing educational institutions for admission. Yevhen noted that although he studied at the Faculty of Informatics at a prestigious institution - the Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute, shortly after admission he realized that he did not want to connect his life with computer science. The actor does not regret choosing such a specialty, but is grateful for the experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

"Any path you choose will be the right one"<\/em>, \u2013 advises Eugene.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

He shared that he tries to always follow the news and stay up to date with all the events, but sometimes he, like all of us, needs to escape from the harsh reality. Then he immerses himself in the world of poetry and enjoys lively communication.<\/span><\/p>\n
