Your Quiet Space: Enrollment for the "Look and Draw" course has been announced
Are you looking for your own quiet space where you can forget about everyday worries? Imagine how, after a busy school day, you attend classes where no one expects you to achieve, gives you grades, or forces you to be “right.” How, instead of thinking about tests and exams, you simply draw for pleasure and feel your anxiety and stress slowly recede. Does it seem unreal? Not for participants of our "Look and Draw" course, conducted by experienced psychologist and art therapist Svitlana Prykhodko✨
For 3 classes You will be able to rest your soul, restore your inner balance and find your own ways to deal with stress. We have created a safe space where the hustle and bustle of the outside world remains behind the door, and you can listen to yourself, your states and feelings.

- Meditative creativity: You will immerse yourself in watching inspiring videos and creating light sketches. It is like a special ritual that helps calm your thoughts and find inner balance.
- Space without ratings: There's no right or wrong here - there's only your own personal way of expressing yourself (and don't worry, you don't have to be able to draw!).
- Community of like-minded people: You will meet new people at your own pace, without pressure or rush. You will feel what it is like to be in a group where you can just be silent together and gain strength, and most importantly, you will understand that you are not alone in your experiences.
- Practical techniques: You will learn self-care and relaxation techniques that you can use every day.
